The time has come to publish one of my biggest projects i have made. Mapping of Undead Asylum from Dark Souls game. At one point i got seriously obsessed about making a map of the whole location, thinking it would be one of those interesting and rewarding ideas. As the time went by and the rabbit hole i delved into kept going, with new and interesting twists, it proved to be a much more challenging task than previously anticipated. Discovering many relations between objects, sizes and coordinates of various places showed a lot of potential, but also stress, if i wanted to make it the best that i could. Finally, it all started to fit in together, with the sizes and proportions of corridors, rooms and their components matching against each other, knowing full well that the developers creating the map were using some unified sizes for most of the objects. Ideas bloomed for reworking the whole area, explaining various spots or simply awe in how things were put together. A ten year old game

Finally came the moment to share some more info on the not so little project i am working on. I have to admit that it's not my sole timesink and i do have other things that occupy my mind. Considering it requires quite a lot of time to draw everything and later on use it in the program i have created, i don't want to rush it or burn out trying. It may take a bit of more time before i have a properly designed map for the whole level, but i'm sure it will be worth it. Don't know exactly how it will look after i expand it. Perhaps it will be just what it needs to look, though perhaps harder to visualize due to making a 2d map from a 3d game. Time will tell. Have fun all!

Most are not surprised with this sentence, but time surely flies fast... Don't know even where it went... I had always thought of DA as my creationist outlet, posting some of my work here (in a variety of resolutions), but for the past year and a half many things changed in my personal life. This shifted my attention elsewhere, where i had to focus on things important for my daily life, not so much on doing art (in one way or another). For the most part, it was also another time period that i didn't draw, but on the other hand i got into different types of little projects that occuppied my mind. With all of this in mind, i do want to present something that may or may not interest people here. I am not an established artist, nor do am i established as a creative person. There is a multitude of things people can "create", both digitally and traditionally considering the art of drawing. One of my smaller projects (which i was constantly on and off it) is a small game i had been creating
